ulf Media Network is a young                   name with an older story. It                    starts in 2023, with a publication called  Insight Hub.

Insight Hub was built on a simple bet: news didn't have to sound distant. While most outlets were sliding into a stiffer, more formal register, Insight Hub went the other way — direct, energetic, willing to be funny when the story allowed it. Complex subjects stayed complex, but they stopped being unreadable.

Insight Hub ran its course and eventually closed. What survived it was more useful than the publication itself: a clear-eyed view of where digital media was still failing its readers, and where new technology had opened doors that hadn't existed before. That view is what became Gulf Media Network.

GMN starts from a different premise. More news is not better news. As the volume of information keeps rising, attention has become the scarcest resource for anyone doing serious work — investors, founders, executives, the people who actually have to act on what they read. So GMN runs on one rule: rare, but precise.

We choose the developments worth understanding, then work out what's actually driving them — across business, technology, capital and culture, with particular attention to the people, companies and decisions shaping the Gulf. Our editorial team pairs reporting and analysis with modern tools built to surface the patterns, opportunities and risks that usually stay buried under the daily volume of headlines. The aim is straightforward: help the people making decisions understand what's happening, why it matters and where it's heading, without making them read everything else to get there.

GMN publishes twice a week, every Tuesday and Thursday. Each edition gets the time it needs — research, analysis, editorial judgment — because the point was never to cover everything. It was to                      cover what's worth reading. The publication is one part of it. GMN also runs as a network across Instagram, X, Telegram and LinkedIn, each platform built for a different kind of reader and a different moment. Together they form a single place to find, follow and discuss what's moving the region.More than a publicationGMN is being built as more than a media outlet — a piece of infrastructure connecting information, analysis and people across a Gulf business and technology scene that keeps moving fast. Our readers aren't an audience watching from the outside. They're part of the network. Follow GMN, read the work, join the conversation, and help shape what regional media becomes next.
